To replace the speakers in a Mercedes E-Class, use a tool like a screwdriver to pry the panel away from the door. Once the corresponding panel is removed, you will be able to locate the underlying speaker.

This speaker can be removed from its housing by loosening the screws that secure it and disconnecting the connectors at the back. After removal, connect and secure the new replacement part, then cover everything with the corresponding door panel.
