Removing Door Panel on Mercedes A-Class W169

Model: Mercedes Classe A W169 - Years 2004-2012

To remove the door panel, first obtain a plastic trim tool to release the clips that secure the panel to the body without scratching anything. If you don't have this tool, wrap a screwdriver with masking tape or electrical tape. Next, remove the cover that conceals the handle mounting area to access the screws underneath, which must be unscrewed. Then, remove the cover located at the mirror mounting point by sliding it upward. Finally, release the clips and pull the panel away enough to disconnect the connectors and the lock cable. Reverse the process for reassembly.
