Resetting the Service Light on the Mercedes-Benz B-Class

Model: Mercedes Classe B W246, MK 2 - Years 2011-2019

After changing the engine oil on the Mercedes-Benz B-Class, you need to reset the system that alerts you with a warning on the instrument panel. While seated in the driver's seat, turn the key to switch on the instrument cluster, press the button to the left of the speedometer three times, press the "down arrow" button on the left side of the steering wheel, and using the "+" and "-" buttons on the right side, select "validations" on the central display and confirm with the "menu" button to the left of the down arrow button. Confirm "full service" with the same button and then "valid service". Turn off and restart the ignition to confirm the reset.
