To reset the Service light on a Mercedes E-Class, turn the key to the ON position and verify that the maintenance light is illuminated. Once the dashboard is powered on, press and hold the button located on the left side of the dashboard to access the menu. Then, select the option to check the maintenance interval and finally choose "Reset." This will completely reset the light, allowing you to turn off the dashboard by turning the key.
