Start by inserting the key and turning on the ignition, then press and hold the call button and, a fraction of a second later, also press the "OK" button. Next, navigate to "ASSYST PLUS", select "Full service" and perform the reset by choosing "Conf. Full Serv.". To verify that the reset was successful, restart the vehicle.
