To adjust the clock on a Mercedes Vito, turn on the instrument cluster so you can navigate its menu using the arrow buttons on the left side of the steering wheel. This will allow you to select the "Clock/date" option.

You will then access a screen where you can modify both the hours and minutes, again using the arrow buttons on the steering wheel. Once the correct time is set, you can turn off the instrument cluster.
