Ensure the key is not in the ignition. Next, disengage both trim pieces located on the sides of the instrument cluster.

Then, insert the two hooks into the slots you just freed, grip the cluster, and pull it forcefully toward you. Once fully extracted, you can disconnect the internal connectors and install any replacement part if needed.
