How to Replace the Auxiliary Battery in the Mercedes B-Class?

Model: Mercedes Classe B W246, MK 2 - Years 2011-2019

To replace the auxiliary battery in the Mercedes B-Class, lift the carpet located in the footwell on the front passenger side, just below the glove compartment. Once removed, you will find the battery on the right side of the footwell. Loosen the securing bolts and disconnect the power cables to extract the battery from its housing. Insert the new battery into its housing, secure it properly, and reposition the carpet.
