How to Reset the Service Light on a 2016 Mercedes Vito

This tutorial video shows how to reset the service light on a 2016 Mercedes Vito. This procedure is necessary if the light remains on after the service has been performed. To reset it, start the instrument cluster by turning the key to position 2. Then, press and hold the OK button and the phone button simultaneously. A menu will appear; use the arrow buttons to scroll through the menu until you reach ASSYST PLUS. Select it by pressing the OK button. Now scroll through the menu until you find the complete service option. Once located, select it. Next, choose the type of engine oil used for the service. After selection, you will be asked if you want to perform the reset; select 'yes', and the procedure is complete. You can now restart the instrument cluster of your Vito to verify that the procedure was successful.
