In order to reset the tire pressure warning light on the Mercedes E-Class, you need to inflate the tires to the recommended pressure value: this value is indicated on the sticker that is attached to the driver's side door pillar. Once the tires are inflated, you can navigate to the menu that will appear on the central display: you will need to select the "Service" option and then "Tyre Pressure". This will bring up a screen showing the pressures of all the tires: by holding down the OK button, you can make the warning light disappear permanently.
