To adjust the clock on the Mercedes E-Class, turn on the instrument cluster by inserting the ignition key into the ignition switch. Once the cluster is powered on, use the knob located on the center console to navigate through the menu displayed on the central screen.

Select "System" and then "Set date" to adjust the clock by entering the correct time. After finishing the adjustment, return to the main screen and turn off the instrument cluster.
