To modify the clock on the Mercedes E-Class, insert the ignition key into the appropriate slot to turn on the instrument cluster. Once it is on, navigate through the menu displayed on the screen using the arrows on the left side of the steering wheel.

When the clock option appears, select it with the + button to access the modification screen: here, you can change the hours and minutes using the arrow buttons and the + and - buttons on the steering wheel.
