How do you reset the air conditioner of the Mercedes E-Class?

The air conditioner installed on the Mercedes E-Class can be reset by connecting a diagnostic tool to the OBD port of the vehicle: the latter is located on the lower left side of the dashboard compared to the steering column. Once the scanner is connected, it will be possible to select the model of the car in question and its corresponding version; at this point, you can proceed following the tutorial instructions to reset the air conditioner to its initial settings. Finally, you can disconnect the diagnostic tool and check its operation.
