In order to remove the center console of the Mercedes GLE, you need to pry with an object to detach the trim that surrounds the control panel: once this panel has been removed, you will be able to locate the underlying screws, which need to be loosened by disconnecting the connectors at the back. Once these screws have been loosened, you can unscrew the ones that secure the screen at the back: this way you will be able to disconnect the connectors of the screen and the control panel, replacing them with new replacement parts.
