In an emergency situation, to open the door of the Mercedes Class B, you can use the metal emergency key located inside the key fob. To carry out this operation, remove the top part of the fob, then take off the lock cover and insert the key to open the door.

You can also use the key to start the vehicle.

It is advisable to replace the fob battery immediately after, which can be done by opening the fob and inserting a new CW2032 battery.
