How to Replace the Remote Battery for an MG

Today, we will explain how to independently replace the battery in a car remote for an MG vehicle. To replace the battery, unlike other keys, it is not necessary to split the remote in two and extract the microchip; instead, you need to remove the battery cover using a flat-head screwdriver.

Insert the screwdriver into one corner of the remote and apply slight pressure to remove the battery cover. Proceed with the replacement and close the battery cover.

Test the remote's functionality by pressing the lock and unlock buttons.
