How to change the battery of the MG Hector remote control.
In this video, we see how simple it is to change the battery of the MG Hector remote control. We open the key by removing the metal part from its casing, then using a small screwdriver or a coin, we follow the junction of the two halves of the remote control in order to easily open it, but without damaging it. Now the small screwdriver is used to open the two equally small screws that close the internal part of the remote control: in the part with the metal key, the electronic circuit remains, while in the other part that we removed, we will find the battery, which we will remove by levering it with our screwdriver. It is a common CR2032 battery that we can easily obtain. We replace it, being careful to position it with the correct polarity, put the battery group back in place, and close the two screws. We put the cover back on and the job is done.
