Removing the Door Panel on a Mini

Model: Mini Mini R53, R52, R50 - Years 2001-2007

Remove the door panel (passenger side) of a Mini. Start by prying around the frame of the door opening handle, then remove the handle from the door panel (inside the handle). Next, use a screwdriver to unscrew the screws on the door panel. Pry at the door opening frame, detach it from the door using a plastic lever. Disconnect any power cables. Once the panel is free from the screws, pull it away from the car door with your hands. Disconnect the power terminals.
