Mini - Video tutorial

Model: Mini Mini R52, R50, R53 - Years 2001-2007
Part: Engine
Operation: Valve cover removal

The operation is very delicate and is therefore recommended for experienced people. For the job you need an 8mm socket wrench and a 10mm flat blade screwdriver. Remove the protective caps of the bolts on the cylinder head and unscrew the nuts. Open the oil cap and remove the plastic protections. Lift up the spark plug connector retainers and remove the wiring lock. Also remove all spark plug connectors and their anchor support. Unscrew all valve cover bolts and gently remove. Carefully remove the gasket on the lid. Once the repair has been completed, refit the cover making it adhere well to the cylinder head. Screw in all the bolts and refit the spark plug connectors.

How to reset the tire pressure warning light on Dacia Sandero?

Let's see below how it is possible to reset the low tire pressure signal on the car: first of all it is necessary to check the correct tire pressure by comparing it with the pressures reported in the use and maintenance manual. After that, turn on the ignition and locate the command on the right side of the steering wheel at the top that allows you to access the on-board computer menu, then select the car symbol, after which select the "up arrow" command up to that the indication "tire pressure" appears on the display. At that point, press the "Ok" control on the steering wheel and keep it pressed to reset the signal.
