In today's video, you will see how to add or top up the coolant or antifreeze on the Mini Cooper R50, as well as on later models. First, open the bonnet and unscrew and remove the coolant cap; then pour in the new coolant of the correct type (based on the radiator type), waiting a couple of minutes to allow the liquid to circulate. At this point, check the level in the reservoir, ensuring it does not exceed the maximum level; then start the engine to circulate the new coolant.
