R50, R52, R53
- Years 2001-2007 In order to replace the cooling fan resistor on the Mini's engine, the fan must be removed from inside the engine compartment, in order to make work easier. It will be necessary to pry to remove the plastic cover that wraps the resistance and disconnect it from its connector. Once the old resistor has been removed, it will be possible to replace it with a new spare part. By connecting the new resistor, it will be possible to check the correct functioning of the fan and install it again inside the special housing.
