How do you replace the Mini One car stereo?

Model: Mini Mini R57, R55, R56 - Years 2007-2014

In order to replace the car radio of the Mini One you have to use an object that acts as a lever to be able to remove the plastics and moldings that are located in the front part of the dashboard. When these have been loosened, it will be necessary to unscrew the screws that secure the panels on the side of the two footrest compartments, so that the panel that wraps the front part of the climate control and radio controls can be removed. By detaching this panel, you can unscrew the bolts that secure the radio, extracting it from its housing and disconnecting the connectors at the rear. After removal, you will be able to insert the new radio by reassembling all other components.
