Model: Mini Mini
R55, R56, R57
- Years 2007-2014 To open the bonnet of the Mini Cooper you have to go inside the car in the driver's seat, go to the area of the mats and on the left plastic there is a lever that must be pulled; released the lever, the release mechanism of the bonnet clicks, then go to the front of the car, we slightly raise the bonnet the right space to put our hand and on our right (at a distance of about one hand), with respect to the emblem of the house, we put our hand further forward than in other cars, we unlock the bonnet and lift it. Instead, to open the trunk of the Mini itself, we can open it, with the car open, from the handle above the rear number plate, or if the car is closed, we can open it from the remote control button as it is in the passenger compartment of the car. there is no button that unlocks the trunk.
