To replace the rear light bulb on a Mini R56, you need to lever at the bottom of the chrome trim that surrounds the corresponding light: once this trim is removed, you will be able to access the screws underneath, which must be loosened to extract the light from its housing.

Once the light is extracted and the connector is disconnected, you need to remove the bulb located inside and replace it with a new one; after replacement, you can reconnect the light, securing it and reinserting the trim.
