In this brief and simple guide, you will learn how to disassemble and replace the battery of the Mini Cooper key remote. First, take the remote in hand and start prying open the side slot to separate the two plastic shells; inside, you will find the electronic board and the battery, as shown in the video. At this point, remove the old battery and replace it with a new one of the correct type and with the same code; then insert it in the correct orientation and reassemble the remote by following the reverse procedure!
