In this tutorial, you will see how to reset the brake pad warning light on a 2019 Mini Cooper S by following some simple steps. Before resetting the warning light, you must replace the brake pads.

After replacing the brake pads, get into the vehicle, turn on the ignition and wait for all the lights to turn off. Then, press the button on the right side of the speedometer and hold it down. Release the button only when the first brake pad symbol appears (700 miles reset possible).

Now, hold down the same button on the right side of the speedometer until the message "Reset in progress." appears. Continue to hold it until the reset is complete.
