Replacing the Outside Air Temperature Sensor on the Mini Cooper

Model: Mini Mini R56, R55, R57 - Years 2007-2014

In this guide, you will see the steps that will allow you to dismantle and replace the outside air temperature sensor on the Mini Cooper. First, lift the vehicle with a jack and remove the front right wheel by unscrewing the bolts; then unscrew the fixing screws located under the front bumper to remove the wheel arch, as shown in the video. At this point, find the outside air temperature sensor at the back; disconnect the electrical connector and remove the sensor from the bumper, replacing it with the new original one, applying the reverse procedure for reassembly!
