In this video tutorial, we can see how it is possible to install interior LED lights and license plate lights in a Mini Cooper S (R 56), following a few simple steps. Let's start by replacing the trunk light; to remove the trunk light, simply press the metal tab on one side to remove the entire bulb holder; remove the old bulb and insert the new one in place, reconnect the bulb holder connector. Now let's replace the footwell light; to do this, we need to remove the bulb holder from under the dashboard, using a screwdriver, lift the side part and then the bulb holder can be removed; disconnect the bulb connector and then replace the old bulb with the new one. After reconnecting the bulb, insert it into the bulb holder and then insert the bulb holder into its slot.

How to Remove the Door Panel on a Mini
