In this video, we will see how to check and top up the coolant in a Mini Cooper, a very simple and quick operation to perform periodically. Before proceeding, ensure that the engine is completely cold for safety. Start by opening the bonnet, then locate the expansion tank for the coolant situated just in front of the windscreen, at the centre of the compartment. At this point, check that the coolant level is between the "MIN" and "MAX" marks. If not, unscrew the top cap and, using a funnel, add the necessary amount of coolant to reach the ideal level.
