To check the antifreeze level in your Mini Cooper, follow these steps: 1) Open the bonnet. 2) Locate the antifreeze reservoir in the engine bay. 3) Unscrew the cap of the reservoir. 4) Using the markings on the reservoir, check the antifreeze level. 5) If the level is below the 'min' mark, top up with antifreeze, ensuring not to exceed the 'max' mark. 6) Gently screw the cap back on to avoid damaging the reservoir or cap. 7) Close the bonnet. 8) Check for proper operation, ensuring no warning lights are illuminated.

How to Replace the Thermostat on a Fiat Punto 2 Series 8v

When replacing the thermostat, it is advisable to drain the coolant system completely. The thermostat is located just above the gearbox, directly under the ignition coils. To facilitate the replacement, disconnect the intake duct hose and remove the coil pack. At this point, disconnect the connector from the thermostat and proceed to remove the corresponding fixing pins to replace it with the new one, ensuring to use a new gasket.
