Want to replace the gear knob on a Mitsubishi Outlander? This video shows you how to proceed. Use a plastic lever to disconnect the leather gaiter frame (if you need to replace it); unscrew the knob until it is removed from the gear stick.

For the installation, take the new knob and slide it onto the stick in the centre console, tightening it onto the stick (position the knob with the numbers horizontally); fit the new leather gaiter with the clips (if previously removed). Finally, test the correct installation of the knob by moving the stick in the centre console.

How to Remove the Rear Seat of a Hyundai Tucson?

To remove the rear seat of a Hyundai Tucson, follow these steps. Start by moving the front seats to their most forward position to gain space. Next, locate the release lever on the underside of the rear seat, near the floor. Press this lever down while pulling the seat upwards to unlock it from the anchor pins. Once unlocked, tilt the seat upwards and forwards to remove it from its position. Repeat this process for both sides of the rear seat.
