To replace the timing belt on the Mitsubishi Pajero, open the bonnet to access the underlying components. Once this is done, it will be necessary to remove the radiator and the respective cooling fan, which must be completely removed after unscrewing the securing bolts. This will allow access to the pulleys and the timing belt: it can be removed by loosening the central pin of the tensioner roller and then a new one can be installed. After installation, reassemble all removed components.
