How to Reset the Service Light on a Mitsubishi Outlander

To reset the service light on a Mitsubishi Outlander, first turn on the ignition and start the engine. Once the engine is running, notice the spanner warning light is illuminated, then proceed with the reset. Turn off the engine, press the lower button on the lower right spoke of the steering wheel until the spanner symbol appears on the display. Now, press and hold the central button on the lower right spoke of the steering wheel until the spanner light starts to flash. Release the button and wait for the light to stop flashing. Once the spanner light is no longer flashing, you can start the engine again and you will see that the light and message no longer appear.
