Here is the process: Start by removing the glove compartment on the passenger side of the dashboard, behind which, on the left side, you can see the fan to be removed.

Now, unscrew the pins that hold it in place, disconnect the electrical connector, and remove it from its housing. For safety, the procedure should be done with the instrument panel turned off.
