How to change the language on the Nissan X-Trail starting from Japanese

If we find ourselves in a Nissan X-Trail and the initial language set is Japanese, then we are in trouble. How can we change it to a more understandable language? The process is done through the controls on the steering wheel, we turn on the ignition and locate the buttons on the steering wheel (up/down and ok). We navigate through the instrument cluster menus until we find an icon shaped like a mechanical gear: that's the settings icon. In this screen, we scroll down until we find an icon that looks like a speech bubble (or a label, as shown in the video). This icon represents the language settings. We enter by pressing "ok" and choose our language, which will update instantly.
