You can replace the brake light switch on the Nissan Note by completely removing the carpet located behind the pedal area, allowing access to the components underneath. The switch is positioned directly behind the brake pedal actuator. You will need to disconnect the corresponding connector and then remove the screw that secures it to its housing. The new switch can then be positioned, connected, and secured to ensure it functions correctly.
