How to Remove the Interior Rearview Mirror in a Nissan Sentra

Model: Nissan Sentra MK 8, B18 - Years 2020-2026

To remove the interior rearview mirror from the 2022 Nissan Sentra, locate the base of the mirror attached to the windshield. At the base, there is a locking screw that secures the mirror to the mount. Use an appropriate screwdriver to completely unscrew the screw. Once loosened, slide the mirror along the mount or gently pull it out. If the mirror has sensors, lights, or an auto-dimming feature, disconnect the electrical connector at the base. To reinstall, reconnect the connector, insert the mirror back into the same mount, and re-tighten the locking screw.
