What to Do If the Radio in Your Nissan Sentra Stops Working

Let's see how to fix the issue of a Nissan Sentra radio that is not working (black screen, frozen, and no backup camera). Usually, a "soft" reset is enough by pressing and holding the volume/power button on the radio for a long time. Wait for the screen to turn off until it is completely black (this takes about 10 to 15 seconds). When the screen is black, release the button; the Nissan logo should then appear on the screen, indicating that the system is rebooting. Once completed, the radio should be restored and operational. This is always the first thing to try in case of an electronic malfunction in the system.
