Removing the mirror from the Nissan Micra? To remove the mirror on the Micra, you need to take off the door panel. Once the door panel is removed, detach the plastic cover of the mirror (inner side). Unscrew the retaining pins with the appropriate socket wrench. Once the retaining pins are removed, take out the mirror with the electric window adjustment cables from the car door. Install the mirror with the pins, the adjustment cables, and the plastic trim into the door panel. Refit the door panel cover and all associated parts.
