How to change the external mirror if damaged? Let's see how to remove the mirror from inside the external casing. Pry between the perimeter of the mirror frame and the mirror glass itself. Pry until the plastic with the mirror comes away from the casing. Unscrew the screws with a screwdriver to disconnect the mirror cover if you want to replace it, and swap the damaged part with the new one. Ensure the plastic clips snap into the supports of the mirror. Adjust the mirror once the fitting is complete.
