Before we begin, we will have to go and open the front hood of our Nissan Note. So let's start by disengaging and removing the rear cover of the fire barrier. By doing so, we will have reached the diesel filter positioned in the rear left corner. We then proceed by unscrewing and removing the bolts that secure the upper cover of the diesel filter, and we will have reached the filter itself. At this point, we will be able to extract and remove the diesel filter, and we will have finished the disassembly. To fit the new diesel filter, all we have to do is follow this simple procedure in reverse, and we will have completed the replacement.
