How to Remove the Gear Knob on the Micra K11

Is the gear knob on your Micra K11 damaged? Let's look at removing the knob and the gaiter. Take the knob in your hands and rotate it to the left until you can remove it from the gear stick. Use a plastic lever to detach the frame of the leather gaiter (if it needs replacing). If you have removed the gaiter, fit a new one. Take the new knob and slide it onto the stick in the centre console until it is tightened fully. Ensure the gear indicator numbers are horizontal.
