Today, you will learn how to remove the steering wheel and its airbag on a Nissan Qashqai J10, first series, by following the instructions below. First, get inside the vehicle and start by unscrewing the two fixing screws located on the back of the steering wheel; then remove the airbag by disconnecting the electrical connector.

At this point, you can unscrew the central bolt of the steering wheel using a socket wrench with an extension; gently pull the steering wheel from its position for replacement. Apply the reverse procedure for reassembly!
