Nissan Micra - Video tutorial

Model: Nissan Micra K11 - Years 1992-2002
Part: Gearbox
Operation: Automatic transmission inverter switch replacement

Once the switch cable has been identified, the piece is disassembled, located on the gearbox, in the lower part of the car. Unscrew the screw that blocks it and you can see the oil coming out of the gearbox. Once the oil has flowed out, detach the switch from its seat with a screwdriver. The switch is replaced and the actuator is reassembled and the screw that blocks the piece is re-tightened, taking care to reposition the small bracket that holds the cables in place and also acts as an anti-unscrewing washer. The oil must now be reintroduced into the gearbox, after identifying the screw that acts as a cap in the upper part of the gearbox.

Where are the fuses of the Volvo FH located?

All the fuses of the Volvo FH are located inside the fuse box located in the vehicle cabin: in order to access the box it will be necessary to unhook the internal fixing clips that block the panel in the upper part of the dashboard, along its entire length. extension. Once this panel has been removed, it will be possible to access the fuses and replace them if necessary: here it will be possible to identify the fuses that take care of the operation of the windshield wipers, the cigarette lighter, the headlights, etc. In the vehicle manual each fuse is indicated with its amperage.
