How to Replace the Rear Brake Drum on a Nissan Micra

Before starting, lift the rear side of your Nissan Micra. Start by unscrewing and removing the bolts that secure the wheel to the hub, then remove the wheel itself. Next, you will need to unclip and remove the cover of the nut that secures the drum, then unscrew and remove the nut itself. This will free the rear brake drum. At this point, extract the drum from its housing, and you will have completed the disassembly. To fit the new drum and reattach the wheel, simply follow these steps in reverse, and you will have completed the replacement.
