How to Replace the Rear Drum Brake Wheel Bearing

Place the car on a ramp and lift it to a height that allows you to work underneath. Remove the rear wheel and, using a screwdriver, extract the metal cover at the centre of the wheel.

Using the appropriate socket, undo the central bolt and remove the drum cover. Inside, lever out the bearing retainer.

Take the new drum brake cover and, using the appropriate tool, insert the bearing into the centre. Secure the bearing retainers (internal with a hammer and external with pliers) and refit the drum cover.

Now reassemble everything by following the operations seen but in reverse order. The car on which the maintenance operation shown in the images is performed is a Nissan Micra.

How to Remove the Rear Seat of a Hyundai Tucson?

To remove the rear seat of a Hyundai Tucson, follow these steps. Start by moving the front seats to their most forward position to gain space. Next, locate the release lever on the underside of the rear seat, near the floor. Press this lever down while pulling the seat upwards to unlock it from the anchor pins. Once unlocked, tilt the seat upwards and forwards to remove it from its position. Repeat this process for both sides of the rear seat. Be careful of any electrical cables or components that may be connected to the seat during removal. Once the rear seat is removed, the disassembly is complete.
