To replace the battery in a Nissan Rogue, open the hood to access the components in the engine compartment. The battery is located near the left headlight and can be removed from its housing by loosening the mounting bolts and disconnecting the power cables.

Once the old battery is freed, you can insert the new one into its housing, securing it with the bolts and connecting the cables. After installation, close the hood of the vehicle.
