To replace the timing belt on a Nissan Frontier, open the hood to access the components inside the engine compartment. You will need to work on the components located to the left of the engine block. By removing the central bolts of the pulleys around which the belt is arranged, you can reduce the tension so that it can be completely removed from its housing. After the belt is removed, install the new one by securing the central bolts of the pulleys and checking that everything functions correctly.
