The appearance of the "radio code" message on the Nissan Micra's radio indicates that the special PIN must be entered to unlock the radio. Simply enter the PIN using the buttons located just below the display and confirm the operation by holding down the "6" button. If you no longer have the PIN, you can obtain it from an official dealership.
