To replace the air filter on a Nissan Rogue, open the hood to access the engine compartment: the air filter box is located directly behind the battery, just below the windshield on the driver's side. Open the box to remove the filter inside, so it can be replaced with a new part. Once the new filter is inserted, close the filter box and then the hood, checking that everything functions correctly.
